This place is super close to Disney. Without being on property it’s hard to be closer. It’s faster to stay here and drive over than it is to take a bus or other Disney transport. 7-10 minutes and you’re parked at Disney. The property is close to I4 so Universal is not a far drive. It’s clean, quiet, and a nice tucked in getaway. The host is responsive, informative, and made our last minute valentines getaway great. We normally stay in another area but it was sold out. This home was a lucky find. It wasn’t a negative for us but there’s tons of stairs. This is a multistory townhome. Keep that in mind if you have folks with limited mobility.
This was a great place to stay near Disney, short uber ride away. Plenty of space for the 6 of us.
Jose’s place was great for our large group and easily accessible to both Disney and Universal. We would definitely stay again.
This is an excellent location for visiting Disney. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this area, the first time in this unit. It is close to everything but very peaceful and quiet. The townhome is very large and with a big group would be very private. It was just my husband and I but it could accommodate many more. We had a few issues and Jose was very responsive and came out to fix the items immediately. He checked in prior to and during our stay to see if everything was going okay. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the unit could use some updating and there are no king-sized beds which I knew when renting it but I think this would add to its appeal. The Disney area is full of luxury rentals, and I was considering those when reviewing this. Location and price are much more important to me, and I can deal with the small aesthetic issues. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again if I were visiting the area.
We were pleasantly surprised by this property! It’s a spacious four-story townhouse in an unbeatable location just minutes from Disney and Universal. The amenities were fantastic—our private courtyard was perfect for our dogs, and the pool, gym, and numerous outdoor activities (including mini-golf) were wonderful and felt almost private. We’re giving 4 stars only because of a few small issues: there was no Keurig machine even though Keurig pods were provided, so we purchased ground coffee and used the drip maker instead. In one of the bedrooms, only one electrical outlet was working, and there were some noticeable wall touch-ups where the paint didn’t quite match. None of these were major, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting the Orlando theme parks area, especially families and guests traveling with pets!
Everything with this place was fine and good, but the hot tub did not work and the Wi-Fi did not show up at all. But other than that, the place was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely book again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Realtevo Investments LLC will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Realtevo Investments LLC will match it.
